Mission, Values & Vision

Quality IT for UK businesses. Meaningful employment for people who deserve a chance. These two things are not separate ideas — they are the same idea.

"Inclusive IT Solutions aims to provide high quality and cost effective services to small and medium sized business clients, while providing high skilled employment, education and training to those with disabilities and mental health challenges — who are too often forgotten about."

Our Mission

Why we exist

Inclusive IT Solutions was founded on two beliefs that belong together. The first: great IT support shouldn't be the exclusive preserve of large enterprises. UK SMEs deserve the same quality of service, the same vendor choice, and the same cost transparency that larger organisations take for granted.

The second is just as important, and it's why we chose the name we did. People with disabilities and mental health challenges are among the most capable, loyal and determined workers in any field. And yet the labour market consistently fails them — routing them into unskilled work, leaving them unemployed, or discarding them entirely when they need support.

The IT sector — our sector — has both the capacity and the ethical obligation to do better. We are committed to creating genuine, high-skilled employment pathways for people who have been left behind. Not low-paid, precarious work. Real careers, with real training, in a field where they can genuinely thrive.

These two commitments are not in competition. They reinforce each other. A team built on inclusion, given the right tools and environment, delivers exceptional service. Our customers benefit directly from the care, dedication and perspective that people who have had to fight for opportunity bring to their work.

This is not a corporate social responsibility programme sitting alongside the business. It is the business. Every hire, every training investment, every decision about how we grow is shaped by both missions simultaneously.

We are launching in January 2027. Everything we are building — our platform, our partnerships, our processes — is being designed with these commitments at its core from the very first day. We intend to show that doing good and doing well are the same thing.

Our Social Commitment

Too many people with disabilities or mental health conditions are steered into unskilled work or written off entirely. We are building a business that actively challenges that — from the very first hire.

  • We actively recruit people with disabilities and mental health conditions into skilled technical roles — not token positions, but genuine careers with real responsibility and progression.
  • We fund structured training pathways, including industry-recognised certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco and others), so every team member can build credentials that belong to them — not just to us.
  • We design working arrangements that reflect the reality of our team — flexible, supportive, and built around people rather than demanding people conform to a one-size-fits-all mould.
  • We work with charities and social enterprises at preferential or pro bono rates, because organisations doing good work in the community deserve IT support that doesn't drain their resources.

One portal. One invoice. Every tool your business needs.

We consolidate your software licensing from multiple vendors into a single managed service — with wholesale pricing, full visibility, and none of the admin overhead.

Inclusive IT Solutions operates as a vendor-neutral SaaS licensing aggregator and broker, sourcing software licences for UK SMEs through our partnerships with established distributors. We consolidate licensing from multiple vendors — including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Veeam, Sophos, Bitdefender and many others — into a single monthly invoice and a single management portal.

Most UK SMEs manage a fragmented landscape of vendor relationships, renewal dates, and invoices. We eliminate that complexity entirely. Because we buy at wholesale through our distributor partnerships, our customers receive licences at or below the standard retail price, with our management fee layered on top — and still often pay less overall than buying direct.

Our proactive licence optimisation service identifies unused and underutilised licences each month, flagging potential savings before they become wasted spend. The average UK SME wastes 25–30% of their software licensing budget on seats that are assigned but not actively used. We make that visible and actionable.

We are vendor neutral — we will always recommend the right product for the customer's needs, not the product that earns us the highest margin. We are UK-based, GDPR-aware, and built specifically for the SME market. No long-term contracts, no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Building towards full managed IT services for UK SMEs

Licence aggregation is the foundation. Our vision extends significantly further.

From 2028, Inclusive IT Solutions will begin expanding into managed IT services — offering proactive monitoring, device management, helpdesk support and security operations to our existing customer base. The natural progression from licence broker to managed service provider means our customers will be able to consolidate not just their software licensing, but their entire IT support relationship, under one trusted partner.

By building the licensing relationship first, we earn the trust and understanding of our customers' environments before taking on broader responsibility. This is a deliberate, customer-first approach — we won't expand into managed services until we have the depth of knowledge, the team, and the infrastructure to do it properly.

Our MSP services will be designed with the same principles that underpin everything we do: transparent pricing, vendor neutrality, and a genuine commitment to our customers' success. No bundled retainers for services you don't need. No vendor lock-in dressed up as a managed service. Just clear, honest IT support from a team that already knows your environment.

We are building our platform, our team, and our expertise now so that when we expand, we do so with the infrastructure and capability to deliver exceptional service from day one. The groundwork is being laid today.
